I prefer this one to the new one with the smaller headlights. Also, id only consider the Overland or SRT-8 models.

I love the Range Rover, but there are a few issues:

1) If we got a RR, it would be a Sport. Which is fine for us, but has a lift tailgate.

2) It is a very pretentious vehicle compared to a Jeep.

3) Maintenance costs.

I think this was the best looking Cherokee that ever was. It would be a tough choice. I think this wins over the Touareg. Something will inevitably go wrong, and cost tons of $$ to fix. My only problems is all the chrome. I wish they would've townie it down. In the new Cherokee there is a black out option.

Its worth noting that MT compared the diesel versions of the Tourag and GC and while the one you listed is gas … the Grand won in like every category. Better off road, better on road, better value, better interior (for the money). It just won.
